Belize day 1- travel to Belize

I've decided to re-start my blog after a short hiatus. 

Today I'm heading down to Belize on a Medicforce trip to work on a women's health initiative. 

I'm not 100% sure what to expect / but have a 46lb bag with lots of snacks, DEET, mosquito netting, hammock, clothes and a med kit...

We are leaving Charlotte around 550am, down to Miami and the Belize. Randy and Paul are both headed down from Roanoke with me! We are meeting Mike and others from MCG.

So far our first flight is delayed. A new one for me... The plane was overfueled so they are un-fueling now.
